Title
Climate and Energy
Leading the way in comprehensive climate solutions for a sustainable future.
Text

The international and national discourse on climate change is becoming ever louder and more urgent, and the effects are becoming increasingly noticeable: heat and drought, heavy rainfall events with storms and flooding. The population and nature in built environments are particularly affected. The current situation shows the global pressure to act both in the area of climate protection and adaptation to the consequences of climate change. The German government has therefore set ambitious targets - Germany is to become climate-neutral by 2045.

The implementation of the goals must take place at municipal, regional and national level, initiate change processes in society and create resilient systems in order to tackle climate change together and reduce climate risks. This includes in particular the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, the expansion of renewable energies and the use of efficient technologies. For both local authorities and the private sector, this means considering climate protection and climate adaptation as a cross-sectional task. Climate and energy must be taken into account in the future and consistently integrated into existing processes, structures and actions. We advise you with interdisciplinary expertise, from getting started with climate protection to customized climate protection and energy concepts, climate neutrality strategies, financing options, implementation and monitoring. Our strengths are integrated measures and solutions that tackle climate change at the interface of digitalization, sustainability and resilience. In doing so, we build on existing guiding principles and sectoral concepts.
